You can remove the countdown timer if you'd prefer not to have one. By default, the timer counts down from 3,2,1 to ensure you are ready to record. However you have the option to remove this if you prefer.
To do this, go to your Space name, Settings & Administration, and then Space Settings.

To remove the countdown timer, go to User Experience.
Then go to Recording countdown and change the timer from 3, 2, or zero to turn off completely.
Please note only the owner of the Space can make these changes.
