Once members have closed Start Here, it transforms into the feed. The feed pulls in posts from all your hubs into one place. Each space has its own unique feed.
You might want to pin a post to the top of the feed. To do this, find the post and select feature any post, to select a specific post to feature, click on the three dots and Feature on Feed. You can also feature any posts on the feed to ensure they are displayed as must-see content.
Please note that if a member doesn’t have access to a specific hub, content from this restricted hub will not be shown to them in the feed.
How to Customize the Feed Content
If you go to the settings icon in the top right corner of the feed, you can do the following:

- Change the name and icon for the feed.
- Feed algorithm – Select the algorithm used to sort the feed:
- New activity
- Trending
- Newest
- Popular
- Likes
- Include content from – Select whether you’d like to include content from public hubs and public groups.
- Allow posting from feed – Select whether you’d like members to be able to post directly from the feed instead of going to a specific hub. If you allow them to post, they will go to the + button and select which hub they would like to post in.
- Open feed on arrival – Select whether you’d like members to open the feed when they arrive in your space.
- Hub information shown above posts – This controls whether the hub, section, both or neither is shown above each post in the feed.
- Cover image – Create a cover image for the feed.
Can You Turn off the Feed?
You can disable the Feed entirely in your space settings. Members will go straight to the first hub with unseen content instead.
