Occasionally this might happen and your members will be unable to upload a video. Instead they will simply see a spinning circle for long periods of time.
This might be due to 2 reasons:
- They need to ensure their computer has enough disk space. Videos are stored locally before uploading so if there is not enough disk space, this will cause a limitation.
- VPNs like NordVPN will need to be turned off. These can throttle the upload speed.
If the problems persist, consider restarting the computer and clearing cache.
