Adding Content to Your Lesson

When you add course content, you will see two options:

  • Embed – Embed a document or script.

Write

Start typing your post, you can then add media to your post if you’d like.

You will see the following options as icons:

  • Insert emoji
  • Add a gif
  • Embed a video – Here you can embed a video using a Youtube, Wistia, Vimeo or Loom link.
  • Add a document
  • Add a picture
  • Ask AI – You can get suggestions or ask AI to correct your writing etc.
  • Upload a video/audio
  • Record a video – This will open your camera and you can record directly from your computer/phone.
  • Record a voice note

Once you have created your post, click on the green button to submit. Here is an example of a video that was recorded from within the course.

Content can be edited and deleted. Using the three dots in the top right corner of the content, you can delete content and change the thumbnail for a video.

Embed a document

If you would like to upload a document like a PDF, select Embed a document and upload your PDF. This can then be downloaded and printed by students.

Embedding Interactive Components Into Lessons

You can can now embed HTML scripts directly into your lesson content - perfect for interactive H5P activities, third-party widgets, and custom HTML components. Scripts are added via a built-in code editor and render live in the lesson with full JavaScript support.
