How to Manage Your Customers' Products

If you would like to view which products a specific member has access to, assign/revoke access to a product, you can do this by going to My Customers.

Here you will see all your customers, their email addresses, how many products they have access to, and which space is part of their membership.

If you select Actions, you can view their products, memberships, intake details, badges, and billing.

Products

Select the tab Products to view the products the member has access to, both paid and free. You can see the products that are active and inactive and you can also remove products and assign a specific product to the member.

You might want a member to receive free access to a product for a specific time, so you can assign them a product and select the duration.

Assigning a Product to a Member

Select Assign a product, select which product you’d like to assign, select a plan you’d like them to access and choose a duration. After this period they will see a paywall and can purchase the product.

Memberships

Select the tab Memberships to view the products the member has access to, both paid and free.

Badges

Select the tab Badges to view awarded badges in a space and assign badges to specific members. To assign a badge, click Assign Badge. You can then select a space, choose a badge and add a personal message. You can also revoke this badge for the member to lose the badge.

Select the tab Billing to see each member’s subscription information from Stripe.
