The thumbnail (the still image) of your video is the viewer's first impression of your video so it needs to be an image you are happy with. When a video is uploaded you can select a thumbnail from the video recording or upload your own. As an admin, you can change the thumbnails of all the videos if required.
To change the thumbnail, go to the three dots in the toolbar on the right hand side and select Change thumbnail.

Choose a thumbnail from the options provided for you by selecting your preferred image

You can also upload your own image if for example, you'd like a branded image or an introduction to your video. To upload your own image, go to Upload image.
