How to View and Edit Transcriptions of Your Videos – Swarm

All the videos and voice messages posted in Swarm are automatically transcribed. You can view, and make edits to your transcriptions by going to your post, select the three dots on the right and selecting Edit.

You will then see a few options:

Filler words – You can select to hide them all therefore removing them from the captions. You can also cut them, this will remove them entirely from the captions and the video.

Cut pauses – Adjust the timing of the video by removing pauses, this will trim and shorten the length of your video.

Edit specific words from the captions – You can make edits to specific words in the captions. Select whether you want to hide the words from the captions or cut from the video.

Cut multiple words from the captions – To do this, select multiple words and Cut from video.

You can preview the video with the edited captions on the right. Under the preview, you will see the transcription summary. You can also render and download the video, download the SRT and VTT files.

When your changes have been made, select Re-render video and Done.
