How to Add Enhancements to Your Post

There are a number of enhancements you can make to your posts, these include:

If you would like to embed a link onto your post, select the paperclip icon and add in the button title, URL and Add link. You will then see the link on or below your post, the position will depend on which layout you choose.

If you would like to change the background color of your video, select the paint icon and select a color or add your own color. Please note this will change the color of your link button too. This is only available in the Video layout.

To add a title to your video, select the A icon and add a title. When you are ready Apply Changes. You will then see this title at the top of your video and also as a title of the video on your video thumbnail. For more information, see this article.

To create a poll on your video, go to the pie chart icon. Add in your title, options and Add poll to post. You will then see the poll on your video. Your members will be able to vote when they view your video. For more information, see this article.

To save posts to reply to at a later stage, simply click the star icon. Your posts will then move to the Set Aside section. For more information, see this article.

You might want to speed up or slow down a video or an audio file, to do this change the speed by going to the timer icon. For more information, see this article.

You have the ability to remove um’s and ah’s from your videos automatically using AI. To do this, click on the magic wand icon. You will be able to see how many time was removed by making these edits. If you are satisfied with the edits, select Cut out X seconds. This can be reversed if you don’t want to save it.

You might want to share a post to a different Space or Hub, to do that go to the post and select the three yellow dots on the right toolbar and Share post. For more information, see this article.

If you would like to mark a post as important, you can pin it by going to the three dots on the right of the screen and selecting Pin to Hub. This post will then be on the right in the Card Hub Layout and at the top if you use the Post Layout.

To change the thumbnail, go to the three dots in the toolbar on the right hand side and select Change thumbnail. For more information, read this article.

If you would like to download a video, go to the three dots on the right of the screen and select Download.

If you want to notify specific members when they are mentioned, you can tag them by typing @member in your post. You can also type @everyone to notify your entire space.

If you would like to delete a post, go to the three dots on the right of the screen and select Delete. Please note members cannot delete any content, only admins and moderators can.
