How to Share Your Posts – Swarm

There are a few options to share your posts: download a post, share with a link, post to a different space or hub, and embed on your website.

Sharing a Post With a Link

To copy the link go to Copy link or Copy link & thumbnail to add a thumbnail.

You will see the following options that you might to consider:

Layout – Select whether you’d like the post to be displayed in portrait, landscape or square

Disable replies – Toggle this if you would not like to receive replies.

Once you have chosen your preferences you can copy the link.

Sharing a Post to a Different Space or Hub

You might want to share a post to a different space or hub to prevent creating it again. To do this, go to the post and select the three yellow dots on the right toolbar and Share post.

Afterwards select Post next to Copy to a Space. You can then add a title, and choose which Space and Hub you would like it to be posted to.

When you are ready, select Publish.

How to Embed a Post on Your Website

To embed a post on your website, go to Share post and Embed. You can then copy the code and paste it onto your website.

Move Posts Between Spaces

If you or a member accidentally publish a post in the incorrect hub or space, the admin can repost it along with the replies attached, into a different hub. Go to the three dots on the top right corner of the post and Move post. Select the correct space and hub and the entire post will be moved.
